What defines me as a consultant is joining business owners and executives in their endeavors to achieve their strategic objectives in a multitude of ways. Due to my history as a psychotherapist, I am equipped to guide others through a change process.

about

My career journey in mental health as a psychotherapist/Marriage and Family therapist has yielded a wide knowledge base for working with people in a family system or a business. My work as a therapist focuses on consulting and supervision with young therapists establishing their practice and seeking state licensure. Over the course of the years, I have also specialized in the treatment of trauma, families, and couples, as well as bringing equine assisted psychotherapy to the market in my area.

Over the past year, I have pivoted my educational focus to management consulting, and seeking further development in organizational culture. It's been a privilege to have the opportunity to work with a number of business owners with improving systems as well as providing support for the work they do. I have had the opportunity to utilize the Organizational Culture tools (Team Culture Scan) in organizations which yields fruitful dialogue and support through a change process. Implementing workshops, whether with a family owned business or individually owned business has yielded impactful results, and empowerment for the stakeholders.

Consequently, I have also been able to implement the Intercultural Management process in my therapy practice to gain a better understanding and improve management and development.
